Lemon-Ginger Detox Tea
Drinking warm water with lemon in the mornings has huge health benefits, including aiding in digestion and weight loss, detoxification and improving overall health of the lymph system, so we decided to amp it up and add some ginger! Ginger is known to be an amazing anti-inflammatory, but that isn't the only benefit of ginger. It also acts as a catalyst in the absorption of essential nutrients in the body, suppresses cravings, and clears the sinuses.
*makes about two servings
Ingredients:
-two inches of ginger root
-1/2 lemon
Juice ginger first, then lemon (to ensure the entirety of the ginger root is juiced), and combine with 16oz hot water.
